About the Role
The Lab Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all laboratory operations, ensuring safety and quality. The Lab Manager
reports to the Vice President of Operations.
* Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, or related field
* Ten years of laboratory experience preferred
* Five years previous experience leading a team
* Experience with cost center budgeting, employee evaluation, laboratory development, employee/workload scheduling;
