About the Role
The Job Coach II is responsible for providing on-the-job training and coaching for individuals with disabilities in the
community to become as independent as possible in their community jobs. The Job Coach II will also identify and create
solutions for enhancing soft skills, transportation, and skill acquisition. This position is independent and requires
effective problem solving, communication and relationship building with individuals, stakeholders and employers.
RESPONSIBILITY LEVEL:
Implements strategies to achieve the goals for the organization and Coaches individuals with disabilities at employment
