About the Role

Salary: $39,520 - 54,080 per year Requirements:

* Over 2 years of experience in IT support, with preference for Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience.

* Strong grasp of networking principles including VLANs, routing, firewalls, DHCP, and DNS.

* Hands-on knowledge of Windows Server, Azure AD/Entra, and Microsoft 365 management.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root-cause analysis.

* Effective communication abilities and professionalism when interacting with clients.
