About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Recruiter to lead end-to-end technical hiring. The ideal candidate should

have strong experience in sourcing, screening, and closing mid to seniorlevel IT roles while partnering closely with

hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:  Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions across multiple functions. 

Source candidates through job portals, social platforms, networking, and headhunting.  Screen, evaluate, and shortlist

profiles based on technical requirements.  Coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth

hiring process.  Partner with hiring managers to understand role expectations and workforce plans.  Maintain candidate
