IT Field Service Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and mechanically inclined IT Field Service Technician to join our clients team. In this role,

you will travel to client sites to install, maintain, and support computer systems, networks, and specialized imaging

equipment. You'll be the face of our company in the field, so strong customer service skills are a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Travel to customer locations to install and configure hardware and software systems

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to networks, computers, and peripheral devices
