About the Role

Job Title: Interim, Director of Surgical Services Job Summary: Directs, oversees, and evaluates the activities and

functions of services within the Operating Room at Animas Surgical Hospital. Reports To: Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)

Salary Range: $110,000 to $185,000 per year (salary range is intentionally . oad as pay will be determined based on

qualifications, experience and eligibility for bonuses) Job Summary: The Director of Surgical Services is responsible

for the overall administration, leadership, and coordination of surgical services including the operating room (OR),

sterile processing and surgical technology. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and cost-effective
