direct-hire maintenance roles. These openings feature 12-hour night shifts, competitive pay, and full company benefits.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
Your shift begins by reviewing work orders and equipment documentation, prioritizing what keeps production moving. When
a line goes down, you jump in—troubleshoot, repair, and restore operation quickly. Between calls, you execute scheduled
maintenance, swap worn components, and document the work so the next run is smooth.
