About the Role

Position Summary: The purpose of the FE4 position is to demonstrate proficiency in servicing equipment with advanced

troubleshooting skills while applying excellent customer satisfaction skills. The FE4 will work on a manufacturer's

entire black and white and color enabled machines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: All areas of responsibility
