About the Role

Job Summary- Sheet Metal Estimator:

The Commercial HVAC Sheet Metal Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates for commercial heating,

ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects with a focus on sheet metal systems. This role involves reviewing

project plans and specifications, performing takeoffs, soliciting vendor and subcontractor quotes, and compiling

competitive bid proposals. The estimator works closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure estimates

are accurate, timely, and aligned with project goals
