About the Role

HR ASSISTANT

The City and County of Broomfield Human Resources is looking for an experienced HR Assistant to support a busy team of

HR Business Partners. The HR Business Partners are responsible for all Talent Acquisition, Talent Management

(Performance Management and Employee Relations), Compliance, and Employee Engagement. This position reports directly to

the Deputy Director of HR and works alongside four HR Business Partners and a Recruiter.
