About the Role
HUMAN CAPITAL SPECIALIST
LMI is seeking a Human Capital Specialist at a consultant level to support the United States Postal Inspection Service
(USPIS). The Human Capital Specialist will apply GAO, OMB, and OPM workforce planning frameworks to guide the
development of staffing models, competency assessments, and succession strategies. The position requires experience in
federal human capital programs, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to translate complex workforce
challenges into actionable recommendations for agency leadership.
