HR GENERALIST/SR
MDU Resources Group, Inc. is a member of the S&P SmallCap 600 index and is based in Bismarck, ND; operating across the
Pacific Northwest and Midwest. We are seeking a Human Resources professional with exceptional communication skills to
perform a variety of HR generalist functions. This role will focus on supporting retirement processes and benefits
administration along with recruiting activities. Other duties may include the following areas: drug and alcohol testing,
organizational development, and employee relations. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day-to-day work
