About the Role
Seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Home Health team in the Wichita, KS and surrounding areas.
As a Phoenix Home Health LPN, you will be the responsible for making skilled nursing visits by managing the healthcare
needs of our clients in the comfort of their own home. The LPN should possess strong skills in physical assessment,
diagnostic interpretation, and communication to complete the individualized plan of care according to physician orders
that incorporates the analysis of initial assessment. Working alongside other nurses, Physical Therapist, Speech
Therapist and or Occupational Therapist.
