About the Role

HOSPICE DEPARTMENT PRN (AS NEEDED)

Provides support services under the supervision of appropriate professional staff. Assist the client or family in the

achievement of physical and emotional comfort. Provides personal care according to the plan of care. Provides care to

all age groups; neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults and the elderly.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.

Certification & Licensure Requirements: Required to be a certified nursing assistant. Must have a valid driver's
