About the Role
HOME AND COMMUNITY BASES SERVICES AIDE
As the Home and Community Bases Services Aide, you will provide support, assistance with personal hygiene and household
functions for an individual to be able to remain in their own home.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and assist with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, ambulation, and
medication reminders
