About the Role
JOB SUMMARY
The Head Football Coach at Baker High School is responsible for the overall leadership, development, and administration
of the high school football program. This includes fostering a positive and disciplined environment, maximizing the
potential of student‑athletes, promoting sportsmanship and academic excellence, and building strong relationships with
the school, community, parents, and alumni. The Head Coach will lead the program in accordance with school policies,
district regulations, and the rules of the Louisiana High School Athletic Association (LHSAA).
