JOB DESCRIPTION
Fix and maintain mechanical equipment, building, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair
and upkeep, electrical repairs, heating and air conditioning system maintenance and pool upkeep.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Attention to detail, inspect hotel rooms and grounds of hotel, maintain the upkeep of the pool and hotel rooms. Must be
able to work 30 hours per week.
