About the Role

Our company is looking for a full-time Maintenance Floaters with experience in the industry. Under the direct

supervision of the Chief Building Engineer or Account Manager-Engineering, the Maintenance Floater will be responsible

for performing general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures, in addition to performing

grounds maintenance. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, previous hands-on maintenance

experience, light plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry and painting experience is required. All work will be done in

compliance with EPA, Hazmat and OSHA safety rules and regulations. We warmly welcome enthusiastic applicants! Benefits:
