About the Role

DAIRY/FROZEN DEPARTMENT MANAGER

Manage and supervise up to 10 associates in the Dairy/Frozen Department. Is responsible for the overall direction,

coordination, and evaluation of this department. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Harris

Teeter's policies and standards. Responsibilities may include interviewing and training associates; planning, assigning,

and directing work; assist in appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining associates; addressing complaints and

resolving problems. Responsible for processing/stocking products according to Dairy/Frozen Standards, cleaning work
