Freightmatch Representative

About the Role

Summary The FreightMatch Representative (FMR) will be monitoring loads covered within the FreightMatch app and tracking

movement of freight to insure excellent customer service. The FMR will be able to negotiate skillfully, handle

in-transit changes and function as main point of contact for users and drivers. Other responsibilities will include

working with developers to help test new features and relay user feedback to management to continuously improve the user

experience. Hours This is an in office position with the following hours: Monday - Friday 7am-4pm. Education and

Experience Higher education (i.e. two or four year degree) preferred but not required. Good understanding of marketing,
