Job Requirements: Essential Job Responsibilities
Supervises, directs, trains, and motivates the Aerial Telecom crew including regular communication regarding daily and
projected work schedules, assigned responsibilities, hazards, safety protocols, etc. Assists crews by performing similar
duties of an operator and/or laborer. Operates bucket trucks and other telecom and utility construction equipment.
Coordinates with others involved from the company or other contractors. Ensures safe and efficient operation/completion
