About the Role
FLUX-CORE WELDER
We are seeking skilled flux-core welders to join our team in fabricating heavy-duty equipment from start to finish. This
role involves welding mild steel ranging from 1/4" to 3" thick, contributing to the production of excavators used in
construction. Welders will be responsible for welding and fabricating industrial buckets, similar to those on a
Caterpillar backhoe, with multiple passes required. This position is not a production welding role, as it involves
completing the welding of buckets from start to finish.
