About the Role
The Float BCBA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism across multiple
locations. In collaboration with the Clinic Director, the Float BCBA supports effective clinical operations, including
conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising clinical staff, coaching caregivers, and ensuring
high-quality, ethical service delivery. The Float BCBA also plays an important role in supporting teammates remotely,
fostering a positive team culture, and ensuring client progress toward meaningful goals.
This role follows a hybrid service delivery model, with a portion of clinical responsibilities completed via telehealth.
