Position Summary:
The Outside Service Salesperson at North American Truck and Trailer is responsible for growing the service department’s
business by developing and maintaining strong relationships with fleet operators, commercial accounts, and independent
truck owners. This role focuses on promoting all dealership service capabilities—including in-shop repairs, mobile
service, express lane diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and specialized programs —to increase customer satisfaction,
