About the Role
FISCAL & GRANT COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
The Fiscal & Grant Compliance Coordinator provides high-level fiscal leadership and oversees all financial operations,
contract compliance, and audit readiness for the program. This role ensures full alignment with the Head Start Act, Head
Start Program Performance Standards, OMB Uniform Guidance, Colorado child licensing financial requirements, State/County
contracts, UPK rules, CACFP requirements, and all additional funder obligations. The Fiscal and Grants Coordinator leads
annual budget development, cost allocation, financial analysis, and internal controls while monitoring spending across
