About the Role
DESCRIPTION
The Field Training Officer (FTO) will provide on the job training (OJT) and mentor new officers post initial training
for a prescribed period of time. Ongoing mentoring of officers and reinforcement of training objectives and policy
adherence will be required as needed. After the initial period of OJT, the FTO will provide senior security management
with a written assessment of the new officer 's progress and suitability for independent work assignment. The FTO will
oversee shift operations as needed. As part of the uniformed security division, the FTO will provide physical security
