About the Role
The Factory Supervisor oversees daily production operations while remaining actively involved on the shop floor. This is
a true player/coach role , with approximately 50% hands-on production work and 50% team leadership . Reporting directly
to the General Manager, this role has a visible impact on quality, efficiency, and delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead daily production across CNC machining, press brake, laser cutting, welding, and assembly
* Work hands-on with setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements
