About the Role

FACILITIES MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN II

Performs a wide range of commercial building and property repairs, including carpentry, construction, light electrical,

plumbing, and painting. Builds, installs, and repairs structural components such as walls, floors, ceilings, roofs, and

foundations using wood, metal, concrete, and composite materials.

Provides excellent customer service while troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving maintenance issues. Maintains clear

communication with supervisors and completes daily work reports and documentation.
