About the Role

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the

following. Maintains and makes operating repairs to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire alarm system, and

electrical equipment. Makes adjustments and repairs; and assists in checking, repairing and lubricating various

machines, equipment, and appliances. Performs general cleaning duties including power washing jail cells; cleans,

scrubs, waxes, and vacuums floors; and washes windows. Performs carpentry and painting work. Performs grounds work

including cutting grass, fertilizing and weed spraying of lawn, trimming shrubs, raking, snow removal and application of
