About the Role

The Estimator plays a key role in the preconstruction process by reviewing project documents, determining material and

labor requirements, and developing detailed cost proposals. This individual collaborates with project managers, clients,

and internal teams to ensure all estimates are complete, accurate, and aligned with project goals. This is a critical

position for ensuring profitability, competitiveness, and long-term client relationships.
