About the Role

ENTRY LEVEL MACHINE OPERATOR

The Operator is responsible for operating machinery and equipment to produce pultruded products according to

specifications. This role involves setting up machines, monitoring the production process, and performing quality checks

to ensure products meet standards. Additional duties include troubleshooting production issues and performing routine

maintenance on equipment, ensuring glass racks are full, and conducting basic machine operations. The operator will

inspect finished products and set up saws to cut them to desired sizes.
