About the Role
POSITION SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Director of Engineering, the Engineering Manager is the key person in
providing leadership, supervision, management and mentoring to the engineering department. Responsible for developing
and leading the design of new products and modifications/improvements to existing products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
* Works closely with Senior Management of the Heating Division to define strategic objectives and goals and generate an
engineering strategic plan to significantly grow the business.
