About the Role
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Associate degree or above; able to read English technical documents, write English documents, and conduct
simple English communication.
2. Industry Experience: At least 2 years of experience in photovoltaic battery manufacturing; familiarity with
monocrystalline silicon battery processes is preferred. Prior experience with TOPCon battery technology is an
advantage.
