About the Role

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Soldering Assessment will be required after the Onsite

Interview Assemble electronic components using manual processes, including stuffing, mechanical assembly, hand assembly,

and soldering (both lead and lead-free), ensuring all soldering tasks meet IPC Class 3 workmanship standards. Minimum 2

year of experience in electronics assembly Class 3 High-Reliability Electronics (Our most critical work) o Highest

workmanship standard o Required for aerospace, defense, medical devices, avionics, life-support or safety-critical

systems o No tolerance for defects work must be precise, clean, and reliable o Solder joints must be properly wetted,
