About the Role
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The main purpose of this position is to assist Company Drivers and Owner Operators with questions regarding fuel,
permits, tolls, and their paychecks or settlements.
Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls from drivers, record and solve problems, explain their paychecks with regard to deductions and
amounts, resolve any errors that might have occurred, and research settlement pay issues on Owner/Operator
