About the Role
Down the Street Eats is a restaurant group based in and around Winter Park, Colorado. We believe in having great food
and great service at all of our locations. This includes our awesome casual fine dinning restaurant, Vertical Bistro
located in Winter Park, Colorado.
We just have one problem: there are a lot of dirty dishes that always need washing! We specialize in a great happy hour
and delicious comfort food, craft cocktails, and draft beer. We want to be known as the number one choice for food in
Winter Park, Colorado.
