About the Role

Overview:

The Director of Revenue Management is responsible for maximizing, developing, overseeing and executing strategies that

optimize market share and profitability across all room revenue segments for the properties in all market conditions.

The role works collaboratively with Casino Marketing, Sales, Hotel operations, Finance and Executive and Corporate

leadership to ensure strategies are aligned with market conditions and enterprise objectives. This position must also

exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core
