About the Role

Job Summary: The Director of Marketing and Business Development is responsible for developing, implementing, and leading

strategic marketing, communications, and business development initiatives that support our mission. This role increases

community and business awareness of the Authority's recycling and solid waste services by expanding regional recycling

efforts through strategic partnerships, networking with trades and suppliers, and strong customer and community

engagement. The Director promotes the Authority's recycling initiatives, strengthens the Authority's public image,

supports service growth and participation, and provides strategic oversight. Anticipated Start Date: March 2026
