Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
About the Role
The Intercollegiate Athletic Director will provide vision and leadership for the athletic programs by developing plans,
organizing, coordinating, and managing all aspects of intercollegiate athletics on both campuses. The Director is
responsible for Athletic Department fundraising; manages schedules, staff, budgets and public relations for all teams
and is responsible for all records necessary for eligibility. The Director implements and directs the athletic programs
at the College in compliance with the rules and regulations of the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA)
and the Iowa Community College Athletic Conference (ICCAC) and in accordance with the College’s Board Policies. The
