About the Role
The Support Living Programs in the Mason City area are seeking Community Living Specialists to provide individualized
training and support to persons receiving services in their homes and communities. This is a part time position with
variable hours.
Essential Job Duties:
* Provide training and support to each person served according to their person centered plan and individualized needs
* Provide written documentation of services provided according to funding source regulations
