1. SUMMARY: The Direct Support Professional is responsible for providing 24-hour supervision of individuals in service

primarily in the home setting and the community, as well as the day habilitation/program sites and work sites, as

needed. The Direct Support Professional works in a Personal Care Alternative setting or Group Home setting, as needs
