Direct Care Staff Mental IllnessServices Andante Full-Time (3:00pm-11:00pm);every other weekend - Tuscaloosa, AL -

Competencies: Must be able to work effectively in a group situation. Must be able to work within the organization to

serve the needs of consumers. Excellent understanding of training methods used in working with the developmentally

disabled required. Must be able to lift up to fifty (50) pounds. Must be able to negotiate several flights of stairs

during a shift. Must be able to complete training to operate/assist with a Hoya lift and other mechanical devices for

safe handling of consumers. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Essential
