About the Role
Job Summary
Assures the accurate tray set up of meal service and the cleanliness and sanitation of flatware, dishware, pots and
pans, kitchen equipment, kitchen environment, and the preparation of meal specials in accordance to Federal and State
regulations, therapeutic diets, food safety standards, service schedules, and facility policies. Hours will vary, every
other weekend and some holiday coverage.
