About the Role

FACILITY MAINTENANCE AND FURNITURE DELIVERY

Ensure that the facility and its equipment are properly maintained for resident comfort and convenience. Perform day to

day maintenance functions as assigned. Delivering furniture to customer homes. Will also work in the warehouse moving,

lifting, and assembling furniture. Frequent lifting and carrying of large heavy items. Must be able to follow written

and verbal instructions Organize warehouse and keep showroom stocked. Starting pay of $12/hour, then based on experience

and job performance. Qualified applicants should apply in person Monday through Thursday from 10:00AM to 5:30PM, Friday
