Day Camp Specialty Counselor
About the Role
Day Camp Streefland in Lakeville, MN is seeking enthusiastic and responsible Camp Specialty Counselors, age 18+, to lead
a group of campers through their Day Camp Adventure and provide leadership to a specific area! This position is
seasonal; June 8 - September 4, Monday-Friday (+ required all-staff training from May 27 - June 4). Pay rate is $16.50
an hour. In 2026, the following Camp Specialty Counselor positions are needed: Climbing FacilitatorsTeen Leadership The
ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in the outdoors and with kids! Preference will be given to candidates with
experience, are available to work through the end of the summer and can attend all-staff training. A variety of bus stop
