About the Role
Granite Air Center is seeking a full-time customer service representative: Highly competitive compensation includes

customers with fuel orders, catering, hangars, accommodations & ground transportation, answers questions & resolves
issues, assists with ramp safety & security, invoices & accepts payments, communicates via phone, fax, face-to-face,
email and air-to-ground radio, and maintains appearance of passenger/pilot areas. Friendly rapport, sincere interest in
helping customers, ability to prioritize tasks & balance competing needs in a calm, efficient manner required. Basic
