JOB OPPORTUNITY
The City of Gardner is seeking a Customer Service Representative. This position, under the supervision of the Community
Development Director, involves assisting the public with inquiries, registrations, and payments both in person, by
telephone, and email. The role also supports the administrative functions of staff in the Community Development and
Public Works Department, including planning commission activities. Requirements include a high school diploma, GED or
equivalent, and one to two years of experience in a related field. A valid driver's license and a good driving record
