CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and professional individual to provide exceptional customer service. As a Customer
Service Associate, you will coordinate activities between production management, sales managers, engineering, and
customers. You will respond to inquiries regarding prospective, current, and past orders, assist with production
schedules, and keep customers informed about the status of their jobs. This is an office-focused role with direct
customer interaction, not a high-volume phone support role. Our ideal candidate will have Business-to-Business (B2B)
