About the Role

REGISTERED PROFESSIONAL NURSE

The registered professional nurse optimizes patient outcomes by delivering compassionate collaborative high quality

care. The RN promotes excellence in nursing practice by delivering expert care to patients in all age groups cultures

psychosocial spiritual and disability concerns consistent with the admission/discharge criteria of the assigned unit.

The RN renders direct and indirect outcome nursing care through the application of the nursing process functions within

policies practice guidelines and nursing standards of Sturdy Health in accordance with the Massachusetts Nurse Practice
