COURTESY ATTENDANT

Courtesy Attendant provides customer service to patients, visitors and Marshfield Clinic Health System (MCHS) staff in
various capacities. This individual greets patients in a professional, courteous, friendly manner and assists them as
they request. The Courtesy Attendant requests may include assisting with calling the patient's transportation, helping
them in and out of the transportation units or directing them when arriving or leaving the facility.
